The plans to build a bridge across the Avon - linking to a new path, allowing cyclists and pedestrians to travel between Moot Lane and South Lane across the fields - have hit the buffers.

The Parish Council has received a letter from Longford Estates, who own the land, withdrawing agreement. The Parish Council's working group has contacted Longford, aiming to mitigate concerns and re-establish permissions, but without success.
