A series of dementia-friendly concerts is being arranged

Downton Downtime - concerts

Downton Downtime is a dementia-inclusive group for people with dementia and their loved ones, or anyone who may feel socially isolated.  They

meet on Tuesday mornings during term time, 10:15am-12pm at the Sherwood Suite, Wick Lane, where activities include music-making, arts, creative movement and live story work.  They also signpost people to other dementia and carers services in the area.  They are currently running a series of Dementia Friendly Concerts with live music - the next ones will be on 4 June (clarinet and piano) and 17 September (musicals).  To reserve a place at one of the concerts / more information from Liv McLennan at downtondowntime@gmail.com (07356 047745) or soundsbettercic.org
