About the event
A service of thanksgiving for Downton's Rev Ron Hart is taking place at St Laurence Church, celebrating Ron's 40 years of ministry - which coincides with his 80th birthday. Ron has worked with all the churches in the area and the service will involve music from both the Parish Church choir & organist and Downton Baptist Church's music group. The service is followed by a birthday buffet lunch at DBC at 12:15pm. All are welcome.
