Deadline for Christmas Tree Festival entries

The Downton Christmas Tree Festival at St Laurence church takes place this year on Saturday 2nd and 3rd December.

There will be a wide variety of music, activities for children and the usual selection of cakes to enjoy with your tea or coffee while you soak up the festive atmosphere.

ALL THAT IS NEEDED NOW ARE YOUR CREATIONS:

DECORATED TREES, CHRISTMAS SCENES OR WREATHS.

Let your creativity fly and have fun making something. Pick up an entry form from the 22 September from the library, Borough Café or the church or click here to download one.

Final entry deadline: Friday 24th November 2023

The Festival will start on Friday 1st December with a Choral Evensong, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.

Saturday 2nd December and Sunday 3rd December 10.00 am – 4.00 pm: church open with exhibits, activities, cakes and music.
