About the event
Downton Distillery’s Hugh Anderson is taking part in the Great Bustard Group Open Weekend, 12th & 13th September.
Throughout the weekend, there will be frequent guided visits onto Salisbury Plain to see the remarkable Great Bustards in their natural habitat, offering a unique opportunity to learn more about the species and the vital work being done to secure its future.
Hugh's talk is entitled ‘Great Bustard Gin: The Art of the Martini!’
