Horticultural Society Autumn Show

Admission is free - there will be exhibits of chrysanthemums, gladioli, dahlias, pot plants, vegetables and fruit, as well as floral arrangements. This show also has a large ‘Bake-Off' section with prizes for the best carrot cake, cheese scones, cheese straws, flapjacks, shortbread, Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle cake, tray bake and fruit scones. The winner of the best Dundee cake will be awarded the President’s Cup. New exhibitors are always welcome - it’s not necessary to be a member of the society to take part. Entries should be brought along on the morning of the show or the previous evening.
