Pinocchio

The Travelling Players (Forest Forge, Bumblefly and Mischievous Theatre) return with their festive production. This year’s show presents the story of Pinocchio, a wooden marionette who seeks to become a real boy. Pinocchio’s nose grows whenever he tells a lie. The story follows his encounters with the Fox, his flight on the back of a pigeon, his experience of being swallowed by a giant shark, his attempt to grow gold coins by planting them, and his transformation into a donkey. It will feature live action, music, and puppetry for audiences of all ages. Refreshments and a licensed bar will be available.
