Summer Concert by the Farrant Singers
The Farrant Singers will be at St Laurence Church at 7:30pm on Saturday 14 June to perform their summer concert, “Among the leaves so green”. Billed as “Celebrating the glories of the British countryside with choral music from 16th century madrigals to The Beatles” - the concert will show case madrigals and part songs from all ages and include some arrangements of modern classics - a mix of the serious, quirky and amusing. Tickets cost £15 and are available through the Farrant Singers website (Farrantsingers.org) or on the door.
