Downton Downtime

For those living with dementia, older adults and their carers

Downton Downtime is a weekly term-time gathering for people living with dementia, their carers and older adults. It is open to everyone who would like to be involved. Sessions run every Tuesday from 10:00 am - 12:00pm at Downton Baptist Church, South Lane.

The group offers a relaxed, inclusive space with refreshments and a chance to meet others. The activities vary from week to week, from Move & Make Music with Sounds Better CIC, to crafts, games, puzzles, or gentle movement. Participation is optional, and volunteers are on hand to provide support. Carers are warmly welcomed - to join in, take a breather, and connect with others who truly understand.
